This #312 / 50 ft. Motor Hampton 490 Yacht is in perfect condition and is a boater 's delight. This Yacht is powered by two Cummins 450 turbo diesel engines. Yacht cruising speed is 18 knots with a maximum speed of 20knots. This Yacht has a spacious walk-in salon and galley. A few steps up and you 're in the pilothouse with a lower helm and a captain 's chair sitting center beam. Below are 2 staterooms/Bedrooms, each with a private bathroom and shower. This Yacht is a masterpiece of wood craftsmanship and seaworthy technology. In addition to all of her electronics and a very stable semi-displacement hull, this Hampton has Naiad Stabilizers which makes every trip a pleasure. In addition, there is a built-in washer and dryer unit as well as a water maker for those extra long voyages. There are two davits on board. One on the upper deck for a Caribe 11-foot center console tender. Mounted on the stern is a separate davit designed to carry a 2 or 3 person wave runner. The guest stateroom is forward with queen berth and the master stateroom is amidships, also with queen berth. The master stateroom is noteworthy for its beautiful half-sun ceiling design, and there are plenty of closets and drawers in both staterooms. There are two heads, both with round stall showers. Access to the staterooms is via an elegant spiral staircase from the pilothouse on the starboard side. The Yacht has sliding doors on each side and a large, custom bench pilot house seat. Instrument panel, countertops and hi-lo table are covered with beautiful laquered wood. Nice kitchen, lounge and living rooms, great views etc. The spacious flybridge has a wetbar with sink and U-line icemaker, Norcold ice maker, and is enclosed with canvas and Eisenglass. There is ample seating in the form of L-shaped and bench seating. There is a glass and stainless steel door leading from the pilothouse. The helm area is located on the port side as close to the centerline as possible. Flybridge has a hi-lo table. There is courtesy floor lighting on the flybridge with an on/off switch on helm and spreader lights in the radar arch. Galley - The U-shaped galley is in the forward and port part of the saloon area and contains a large fiberglass sink with Corian cover and cutting board facing the port side, a built-in microwave oven is in the cabinetry and the galley has integrated Sub Zero refrigerator and freezer. The entire yacht has varnished wood flooring. This Yacht is luxury and is relaxing to sit or sleep anytime.
